    Good question.   When we launch the platform, we take note of the company's open enrollment period.  As that approaches, we work with company to adjust any healthcare and/or benefit options that may have changed year-over-year.

    In addition, every quarter our Client Services team audits the questions to determine if any answers are deemed "perishable".   We'll review those questions with the client to determine if those questions/responses are still accurate or need to be updated or removed from the site.
